Startup Hiring RAG

AI-powered retrieval-augmented generation system for startup job matching. Features a Next.js frontend, NestJS REST proxy, and a FastAPI embedding service using LangChain + ChromaDB. Runs llama-3.1-8b-instant via Groq for fast inference and all-MiniLM-L6-v2 locally via HuggingFace for embeddings.
